Private oasis in Las Vegas. This beautiful setting is a quick 12 mile drive to The Strip (9 miles to downtown- Fremont Street). Our home features a 20' x 60' NW facing covered patio that is in shade most of the day with two ceiling fans. It's a lovely outdoor room. The porch also has a gas grill, outdoor bar, and fountain. The beautiful pool is highlighted by a large waterfall. At night enjoy the color changing LED pool light or choose your favorite color combinations. And enjoy the beautifully lit trees around the yard. Sync your bluetooth device to outdoor speakers for music, while relaxing among the numerous palm trees and lush plantings. This home is very relaxing in a quaint quiet neighborhood.
Our guest stay minimum is 31 days. And yes you can stay longer than 31 days. We ONLY accept guests for this as a minimum stay and no less. This is based on an agreement that we have with the City of Las Vegas.
Your blissful vacation continues as you step inside to the sitting/reading room, where you're sure to enjoy the soothing ambience of the cozy gas fireplace. Solitude awaits, in all three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Samsung 4K curved smart TV. The middle queen rooms has a 30" TV and the other has a 50" smart TV. All three feature comfortable Novos memory foam mattresses! The king size master bed includes hotel style USB charging ports for your phones, iPads, or laptops. As well as, mountain views and walk out access to the pool area! While taking your morning shower, you will be in heaven with views of landscaped outdoor oasis, mountains, and sunrise. Simply breathtaking!! When you're in the mood for indoor entertainment, our Vegas style entertainment room features a 75" smart TV, surround sound system, with sub woofer for watching blu rays and sports. This receiver is also bluetooth capable for playing your favorite music. The office has views of Mount Charleston and the La Madre Mountains. It’s perfect when you’re working away from home base. The den also has a printer, shredder, and security system monitoring. There is an in home laundry room and a fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need to enjoy preparing your own meals is available, including indoor and outdoor dishware. The best drinking water in town is also yours, with our reverse osmosis system.
Within minutes, there are several local casinos with the best odds in Vegas. There are also many choices for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. A few of our favorite things are; The Las Vegas Motor Speedway, John Mulls Road Kill Grill (amazing BBQ), Fremont Street, happy hours, Mount Charleston hiking, Valley of the Fire State Park, and most of all the stunning private back yard!!!
